FAQ
Questions, answered
What are AI solutions for business?
AI solutions are ready-made AI agents and workflow automations that handle repeating business tasks, such as answering customers, following up leads or processing invoices. Syncognify builds them, connects them to the tools you already use, and hands them over with documentation and training. Each one has a fixed starting price (excl. AI credits & hosting) and a stated setup time.
What is the difference between an AI agent and an automation?
An automation follows fixed steps you define, such as sending a form entry to your CRM. An AI agent reads context, decides what to do next and uses tools to act, such as answering a customer question or routing a lead. Agents suit messy input; automations suit predictable, rule-based work.
How much does AI agent development cost?
Fixed one-time setup prices start from $349 for a quick automation and rise with complexity, so AI agents and advanced systems cost more. Every item shows its own starting price. Prices exclude AI model usage and hosting, which you pay directly at cost. We confirm a fixed quote after reviewing your needs.
How long does setup take?
Our planning estimates are 2–3 business days for quick automations, 4–6 for standard workflows, 6–10 for AI agents and 2–3 weeks for advanced systems with retrieval or voice. The timer starts once you have shared access to your accounts. The exact timeline is confirmed in your quote.
Who owns the AI accounts and hosting?
You do. AI model keys, hosting and the accounts the workflow connects to are held in your name, and you pay their usage directly to each provider. We build, test and hand over the workflow with documentation. A monthly care plan is optional.
What does the optional monthly care plan cover?
The monthly care plan is optional and covers monitoring, fixes and small tweaks after your automation goes live. It starts from $39/mo, and the exact monthly price for your tier is shown on each item and confirmed in your quote. Hosting and AI usage are not part of it and are paid directly by you at cost.
Which industries and functions do you cover?
You can browse AI agents and automations for customer support, lead generation and CRM, marketing, e-commerce, sales outreach, finance, HR and recruiting, real estate, healthcare, legal and more. Filter by industry, type or category, then open any item to see how it works, what it connects to, its setup time and starting price.
Can a ready-made automation be customized?
Yes. We adjust each listed item to your tools, rules and tone before launch. Larger changes are scoped and priced in your fixed quote. If your idea is not listed, describe it in the quote form and we will tell you whether a custom build fits.
Not sure which one fits?
Describe the task you want off your plate and we will point you to the right solution or a custom build.
Don't see an exact match? Syncognify is also an AI agent development company: tell us what you need and we'll customize a listed item or scope a custom build.

About this solution
Will the labeling agent create new Gmail labels on its own?
No. It only chooses from labels that already exist in your account, so your structure stays as you designed it. If you want a new label, add it in Gmail and describe when it should be used. The agent picks it up on the next check without any rebuild.
